We have already watched lots of clips as we begin our exercises. What we have enjoyed so far:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. That motifs can be audio as well as visual – for example the sounds of bird calling in repeated scenes at similar moments<\/li>
  2. The motifs can be places themselves but also aspects of places – for example the lighting or the recurrence of a feature like the goldfish.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We particularly like the idea of light for a character or a scene and feel we will try and use this idea in our own filming.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
